The recipe calls for only 3 Tbsp of olive oil, but then instructs us to deep-fry the breaded chicken. Should that have been 3 cups of oil rather than 3 Tbsp?

Thank you for bringing that to my attention, Michael. You’re absolutely right, I’m not sure how I put 3 tbsp there. But 3 cups would be too much for that amount of chicken. I normally deep fry in 1.5 inches of oil. But of course, you might want to adjust the quantity of oil depending on how much you’re making. Thank you again and let me know how it turns out!
