1. Grab your round charcuterie board and put it by your prep station. If you do not have a charcuterie board, you can use a round cutting board, a large round platter, or a large round plate in its place. I used a woven placemat. But any round board would do!
2. Prepare all the items for your Christmas charcuterie wreath. Use small bowls for most of the items to help organize the ingredients and leave less of a mess. Place dips and sprinkles into small decorative dipping bowls.
3. Now start arranging your festive Christmas wreath charcuterie board. Lay the orange and pomegranate slices along the edges of the board.
1-2 oranges, 1 pomegranate
4. Set the basil sprigs, strawberries, and bowls with sprinkles, honey, jam, and caramel in between the orange and pomegranate slices.
1 cup strawberries, 3-4 sprigs basil, 2-3 tbsp honey, 2-3 tbsp caramel, 2-3 tbsp strawberry jam, 2-3 types Christmas sprinkles
5. Fold the ham and salami into ham and salami roses and put it on the board. Place blueberries, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese in a circle. Leave the middle of the board empty.
1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1 cup blueberries, 4-5 slices ham, 1 cup mozzarella cheese mini balls
6. Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Blend soft cream cheese with chopped fresh herbs and add a few spoons to the board as shown in the picture.
1/3 cup cream cheese, 1-2 sprigs parsley
7. Roll cheddar cheese slices into tubes and place at the edges of the board.
4-5 slices cheddar cheese
8. As a final step, decorate the board with fresh rosemary sprigs.
3-4 sprigs rosemary
It's time to showcase your creation to family and friends!
