Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/5 cup Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium tomato chopped
  • 1 cup black olives diced
  • 1 small jalapeño sliced (fresh or pickled)

Instructions

  • Place cottage cheese and sour cream in a blender or food processor.

  • Next, add the taco seasoning.

  • Then, add the chili powder and squeeze in the lemon juice.

  • Mix in the blender until the mixture is well combined.
  • Pour the dip into a serving bowl or a shallow dish. 
  • In layers, spread the shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes on top of the dip.

  • Next, add the black olives.

  • Then, add the sliced jalapeño and Mexican cheese blend.
