Instructions
To prepare the hats, cut the small marshmallow into four pieces with scissors. Moisten them a little bit and place them on the truffles and meringues to serve as pom poms on the snowman hats.
1 small marshmallow
Break the straight pretzels into smaller pieces.
1-2 straight pretzel sticks
Arrange the crackers on a plate and top each with white chocolate drops in the center.
4 graham crackers, 20 drops of white chocolate
On top of the white chocolate drops, place the large marshmallow.
4 large marshmallows
Transfer the plate into the microwave. Microwave marshmallow snowmen for 30 seconds on high or until the marshmallows expand and the chocolate melts, creating the illusion of melting snowmen.
Insert the pretzel sticks as arms, sunflower seeds as noses, and chocolate drops as eyes. Use an edible marker to draw mouths. Or you can use little drops of melted dark chocolate instead.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on the serving plate. Place your melting snowmen marshmallows and crown them with the pink mini meringue and chocolate truffles as their adorable hats. For an extra festive touch, add rosemary Christmas trees.
2 chocolate truffles, 2 pink mini meringues
Enjoy your super cute melting snowmen and their girlfriends!
Notes
Microwave the marshmallows in short intervals, around 10-15-second intervals, to avoid over-expanding or burning.
