Cut the chicken breast fillet into three portions. Pound chicken into thin chicken cutlets, season with salt and pepper. Let them sit for 5 minutes.

Cut 2-3 slices lime and lemon for serving. Squeeze 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of lime juice.

To the same skillet, toss in chopped chilies and capers. Add 1/2 cup of chicken stock, fresh lemon juice, and lime juice. Scrape the brown bits and let the lemon sauce simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until it reduces in volume.

Reduce heat to medium low, and whisk in the remaining butter until melted and well blended. Return cooked chicken to the skillet, cover with lemon caper sauce, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes for flavors to combine. Once done, sprinkle with parsley and dill.

Transfer the chicken piccata to a plate, garnish with thin slices of lemon and lime, and drizzle with the chicken piccata sauce.
