- 1 bag 7 oz green cookie decorating icing

- 1 bag 7 oz brown cookie decorating icing

Santa’s Bag
Place a silicone baking mat inside of a baking sheet. If you don’t have one, a piece of parchment paper or wax paper will work in its place.
Set aside your 12 jumbo marshmallows and 12 red and white straws.

Using a microwave-safe bowl, melt your red melting chocolate

Stir until smooth.
Put a small dollop of the red melting chocolate on the center of the jumbo marshmallow.
Insert the straw through the red chocolate in the center of the jumbo marshmallow.

Set aside to dry.
Reheat the red melting chocolate in the microwave and stir until smooth.
Dip the jumbo marshmallow in the melted red chocolate, coating it almost to the very top.
Place a dollop of the white cookie decorating icing on each mini marshmallow. Put the mini marshmallows around the top of the jumbo marshmallow.

Coat the mini marshmallows with the white cookie decorating icing to give it a fluffy look. Set to the side to dry.

Create your Christmas characters on the parchment paper using your brown, red, green, and white decorating icing. Set to the side to dry.

Decorate your Santa’s bag by using the white decorating icing for the drawstrings on the front.

Finally, add your holiday sprinkles. Set to the side to dry.

TIP! Instead of the icing, you can use melted white chocolate. Add food coloring to achieve red, green, and brown. Use a pipping bag for decorating.
