Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts washed and drained
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/3 tsp white pepper or black is fine too

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and place them in a deep bowl.
    1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • Add olive oil, salt, and spices. Mix everything thoroughly.
3 tbsp olive oil, 1/3 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp white pepper, 1/3 tsp granulated garlic
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the Brussels sprout halves cut side down.
  • Roast for 15–20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are lightly browned.
  • Serve the roasted sprouts warm or hot, sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Pick Firm Sprouts: Choose small to medium Brussels sprouts for even roasting.
  • Don’t Overcrowd the Pan: Give them space so they crisp up rather than steam.
  • Adjust Seasonings: Add a pinch of chili flakes or balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
  • Check Early: Ovens vary, so start checking around 15 minutes to prevent burning.
