Halloween Stuffed Peppers [Best Jack-O'-Lantern Recipe]

Ingredients

  • 4 orange peppers
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    4 orange peppers
  • Remove the tops from the bell peppers and the seeds.
  • Using a small sharp knife, cut the face of a Jack-O-Lantern into the side of each bell pepper.
  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
    1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 cup cooked rice, ½ onion, 1 tsp. Italian seasoning, 1 tsp. minced garlic, salt and pepper
  • Add the meat mixture inside of each pepper.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese to the top of each pepper.
    ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • Place the peppers upright in a large baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through.
