High Protein Frozen Yogurt: Easy and Healthy Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder strawberry or vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

Instructions

  • Place yogurt, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt in a food processor. Mix.
    1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 scoop protein powder , 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp salt
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the yogurt mixture. 
    1 cup frozen mango, 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • Process on pulse.
  • Transfer to a pretty medium bowl with a scoop, garnish with frozen raspberries and cornflakes. Enjoy!

Notes

  1. Make sure to use well-frozen fruit and berries.
  2. Pulse on high. Stop only once or twice to scrape the fruits down. 
  3. Eat immediately or transfer to the freezer for 15 minutes. 
  4. Freeze for up to 2 months. Leave at room temperature for 5 minutes before enjoying.
