Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz Bag of white chocolate baking chips divided into two bowls
  • ¾ cup Lucky Charms marshmallows
  • Gold candy sprinkles
  • Green food coloring

Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet with either a parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, then set aside.
  • Divide the bag of white chocolate chips into two microwave-safe bowls: one with ⅓ cup, and another with ⅔ cup. (Use disposable paper plates for easy cleanup.)
1 12 oz Bag of white chocolate baking chips
  • Melt the larger portion of white chocolate chips in the microwave, stopping and stirring every 20 seconds to prevent it from turning clumpy or grainy.
  • Once melted, pour the white chocolate onto the lined baking sheet, then spread it to form a large rectangle.
  • Microwave the smaller portion of white chocolate chips, stopping and stirring every 15 seconds.
  • Once sufficiently melted, add a few drops of green food coloring until your desired shade of green is achieved.
    Green food coloring
  • Drizzle the green-colored chocolate in lines over the white chocolate layer on the baking sheet.
  • Use a toothpick to swirl.
  • Decorate the chocolate with gold candy sprinkles and Lucky Charms marshmallows.
¾ cup Lucky Charms marshmallows, Gold candy sprinkles
  • Refrigerate the bark uncovered for about 30 minutes, or until it’s firm.
  • Once firm and set, remove from the fridge.
  • Break or cut the bark into bite-sized pieces. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Work Quickly: Add your chosen toppings to the melted chocolate before it begins to set, or else they might not stick properly.
  • Get Even: Spread the chocolate on the baking sheet evenly to create uniformly thick pieces that are easy to break apart, even with just your hands.
  • Make Cleanups Easy: Add parchment paper or a silicone mat to the baking sheet to make removal easier.
  • Press For Firmness: If using or adding larger toppings, press them into the chocolate so they won’t fall off.
