This red, white, and blue cheesecake salad features creamy filling swirled with plump, juicy strawberries and blueberries, plus a handful of mini marshmallows for a nice surprise. It's colorful, creamy, delicious, and perfectly embodies the spirit of your patriotic gathering.
Start by washing all your fresh berries. Then, remove the tops of the strawberries and slice them into quarters. Set aside.
2 cups fresh strawberries, 1 cup fresh blueberries
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer or hand mixer until it’s smooth and creamy.
8 oz cream cheese
Add the cool whip and continue mixing until everything is well combined.
8 oz cool whip
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cheesecake pudding mix and milk until smooth.
1 3.4 oz box of cheesecake instant pudding mix, 1 cup milk
Add the pudding mixture to the cool whip mixture in the large bowl and mix until well combined.
Add the mini marshmallows, quartered strawberries, and blueberries to the cheesecake mixture.
10 oz bag of white mini marshmallows, 2 cups fresh strawberries, 1 cup fresh blueberries
Mix until well incorporated. Make sure to mix gently to avoid squishing the berries.
Cover the bowl and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together and the salad to firm up.
After an hour of chilling, give it a final gentle mix. Then, serve your patriotic cheesecake salad chilled. Enjoy!

If you prefer it sweeter, add a bit of powdered sugar to the mixture.Serve Cold: This salad tastes best when served cold.
