To get started with your Christmas Oreo pops, separate two of the Oreo cookies by twisting them apart. Be careful so that most of the cream filling stays on one side of the cookie. Set them down next to each other on a silicone-lined baking tray.

Next, melt the light brown candy melts in a microwave-safe small bowl or use a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
1/2 cup light brown candy melts
Add a dollop of the light brown melted chocolate to the center of each cookie on the cream side of the Oreo.
Add the wooden pop stick over the two halves of Oreo cookies so they are stacked on top of each other.

Melt the dark chocolate candy melts in a microwave-safe medium bowl. Dip each of the teddy bear Oreo pops in the melted chocolate to cover them in chocolate coating.

Tap on the edge of the bowl to remove any excess chocolate. You may need to hold the pops over the bowl to allow any of the excess melted chocolate to run off the edges.

After the chocolate is dry, melt the red candy melts in a microwave bowl. Add the melted candy to a decorating bottle or piping bag.
