Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dip each chicken breast in the mixture, making sure to coat both sides.

Mix olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken breasts on each side for about 5 minutes. Transfer the cooked fillets to a plate.

Add the garlic paste and chili flakes to the pan, then stir and fry them for 2 minutes. Next, add the broth and dried herbs before bringing it to a boil.

Pour in the whipping cream and add the grated Parmesan. Stir and bring to a boil for a couple of minutes.

Return the chicken fillets to the pan, then add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes, making sure to turn the chicken every 5 minutes. If more liquid is needed, add more broth or water.
