Preheat the oven to 350° F (or to 325° F if you’re using a nonstick pan).
Take one cinnamon roll dough and carefully unwind its outer end with your hands.
1 can Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls
Fold it so you’ll end up with two triangular-shaped bunny ears above the remaining roll. Press down gently on the space between and around the ears to secure them to the circular cinnamon roll base. After you’ve made a bunny out of cinnamon rolls, place them on the baking sheet, leaving about 1 to 2 inches of space between them.
Bake the bunnies for about 20-25 minutes, or until they’ve turned golden brown. Make sure to keep an eye on your Easter cinnamon rolls as they bake. If you notice the edges beginning to separate, pinch them back together so they’ll retain their shape.
Once they’re done baking, take them out of the oven. Drizzle the bunnies with icing, scatter some festive Easter sprinkles on top, then use M&M’s to form the eyes and nose of the bunny face.

Notes
Don’t Forget The Parchment Paper: This prevents the cinnamon rolls from sticking to the baking sheet, making cleanup easier!
Keep Them Apart: The cinnamon rolls will expand during baking, so keeping them apart on the baking sheet will stop them from accidentally merging into each other.
Too Hot To Handle: If the bunnies become distorted while baking and they’re too hot to the touch, you can use the back of a spoon to help the bunnies regain their shape.
Sticky Is Best: Add the M&M’s and sprinkles while the cinnamon rolls are warm and the icing is still sticky. This will help them adhere to the treats better.
